Hi, I’m Jenna.

I am a licensed psychotherapist who is passionate about helping others to heal and become their best selves. I was born in Los Angeles, California and grew up outside of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. I received my Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Social Work at FAU and graduated in 2012. I was inspired to become a therapist after seeing loved ones struggle with and overcome mental illness.

I have worked in residential addiction and co-occurring disorder treatment for the past 9 years. I have been a clinical supervisor for the past 5 years and remain on staff as the Clinical Director of an Executive Treatment Program in Palm Beach County.

I specialize in treating addiction, mood disorders, and Trauma. I am also trained in EMDR, which is an effective trauma resolution therapy and can be used in conjunction with other therapies. I have extensive experience in working with an executive clientele who require the utmost discretion and anonymity. I believe that each person is unique and requires a therapeutic approach that is personalized to your needs. I adjust my therapeutic approach to meet your needs and work together with you to develop a customized treatment plan to meet your goals.

In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, going to the beach and exploring new places. I also have a big heart for animals, like to go running and practice yoga.
